Ground Locks, & Locking Systems

A range of roller shutter locks are available offering a variety of security solutions for commercial and industial shutters. All locks can be supplied "keyed alike" to suit multiple installations, with the various options of lock position and type specifically designed to meet your needs.

Ground lock

The ground-lock unit comes complete with socket, eye-bolt and security pad lock.

The ground socket is spring loaded.

This lock twists into the socket.

Once the lock is in position, the shutter is lowered and the eyebolt which is fixed to the bottom rail of the shutter sits alongside the ground eye- bolt.

These are then locked into position with the padlock. For roller shutters that are over 3 metres wide we do however recommend that 2 ground locks are fitted for added security.
